Every photographer has a different style and approach, so this page is designed to give you the most important information up front- from pricing and services to availability and booking- so you can decide if it’s the right fit and move forward with confidence.

How pricing works
Photo packages are based on total square footage to remove guesswork and ensure every property is fully showcased.

Under 1,000 sq ft: ~16–25 photos. Photo Bundles start at $210

4,000+ sq ft: ~45–60 photos. Photo Bundles start at $350
Most listings fall within a range depending on size and services selected

Standalone Drone Photo appointments start at $140

Bundles with Video start at $380

Properties larger than 5500 sqft require a quote.

Turnaround Time
Orders with photos and floorplan or Basic Bundles are delivered with in 24 hours.
Orders that include video are delivered with in 24-48 hours.
Please plan accordingly when ordering video.

What does a typical appointment look like?
Photo Bundles: ~1 hour for homes up to 2,500 sq ft
Larger homes: up to 2 hours
Video / 3D tour: +30–40 minutes
Drone / Detail Photos: +10–15 minutes
Homes are expected to be photo ready and accessible at the start of the appointment.

Service Area
I am based in Hastings, and serve West Michigan, including Barry, Kent, Allegan, and Ottawa Counties. I also serve most of Kalamazoo, Ionia, Eaton, and Calhoun Counties.
✔ Barry County properties qualify for a discount.

Important Things to Know
Weather matters

Exterior conditions will show (wet pavement, snow, debris, etc.)

Drone flights may be canceled due to conditions

Sky replacement is included for photos when needed
Rescheduling & cancellations

Reschedule by 6:00pm the day before to avoid fees (you may self-reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment by using the link in the confirmation email.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance

Late changes may incur fees

Return trips (split shoots) are billed accordingly
Editing & expectations

Style is consistent with real estate media (not editorial-level retouching)

Revisions are case-by-case, but will not deviate from consistent Welton Media style

Full refunds are not issued after delivery

I've seen your photos on Instagram and noticed the Detail Photos. How do I include those in my order?
Detail photos eye-catching and elevated from typical wide angle photos. They are part of the Luxe Bundle, which you can order on the booking site. You may also upgrade a Luxe Bundle to include a Reel and Drone.

Can I request fewer photos for a lower price?

No- packages are designed to properly showcase the home, although you may request the minimal amount of photos guaranteed- but why would you want to do that?
Do you edit photos taken by others?

Do you take portraits/lifestyle photos?
